Sierra International Medical Training Solutions (Sierra IMTS) is led by a team of highly experienced instructors drawn from diverse backgrounds in emergency medicine, prehospital care, nursing, military and law enforcement operations, offshore and industrial safety, and disaster response. Our instructional team includes registered nurses, paramedics, combat medics, and veteran educators with decades of real-world operational and international teaching experience across civilian, tactical, and austere environments.
